For your comfort and safety, entry to the exhibition is divided into time slots — arrival windows — so you can explore the exhibition at your leisure and without rushing. When booking, you choose the window that suits you best, and you may arrive at any point within it. For example, the 12:00–13:00 slot means you can enter the exhibition at any time during that hour — you don't need to arrive at exactly 12:00. If you are delayed along the way and can't make it on time, your ticket won't be forfeited, but we cannot guarantee immediate entry on your arrival — you may need to wait briefly at the entrance. All purchased tickets remain valid for the booked day. Once inside, you may stay for as long as you like within opening hours.
We recommend allowing at least two hours for your visit. If you'd like to come on any day and at any time without restriction, and with priority entry, we recommend VIP tickets.
